Who we are

What we collect
- Newsletter sign-ups: the email address (and optional name) you submit. Handled via MailerLite with double opt-in.
- Guest applications & sponsor inquiries: the details you enter in those forms, stored securely to respond to you.
- Analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics — privacy-first and cookieless. We do not track you across sites.
- Bot protection: Cloudflare Turnstile validates form submissions; it is designed to be privacy-preserving.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not set advertising cookies. We do not use Google Fonts or third-party trackers.
Third-party services
Cloudflare (hosting, analytics, bot protection), MailerLite (newsletter), Resend (transactional email), YouTube (video playback via privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com). Each processes data under its own policy.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from any email using the link in the footer of that email.
- Request access to or deletion of your data by emailing insidetruecrime@gmail.com.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to opt out of sale (we do not sell data).
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version.
